My work sent me to an ITIL foundations course that was lead by an onsite instructor sent from Pink Elephant. I'll have to admit, I'd never heard of Pink Elephant IT training before this course and didn't know much about ITIL either.
Course length and structure
This course was from 8:30 am to noon for 3 consecutive days and was entirely lecture based. We learned the ITIL processes and vocabulary along with some stories thrown in by our instructor about his experiences. Each of his stories were about how he was hired by various organizations to come in and use his ITIL training to improve their business models and efficiency.

The instructor
In my opinion, the course material was not that interesting as it wasn't really technical based and more process based. I wasn't learning new IT skills it was more learning better processes and work flows. Given that information, I feel the instructor did as well as anyone could going over that type of material. His stories about the bad processes some of the companies were using were humorous and helped move the material along.

Exam
At the end of the 3rd day of training we took the certification exam. If I remember correctly, it was about 50 questions and took about 30 minutes for me to complete. I feel I could have completed it faster but I really wanted to pass this exam so I took my time and went back over the questions.

End result
I passed the certification exam and I'm now ITIL foundations certified. This is the only class I've ever taken from Pink Elephant and based off of the instructors knowledge of the ITIL material and his flow of class with interesting stories - I would probably try another certification class from them.
Overall score of the class
Grade = B+
